CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN: DE0005407407),
Adam-Opel-Strasse 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, listed in the Prime Standard
and in the Technology All Share index of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange,
generated consolidated revenues of approximately €3,025 thousand as of
August 31, 2008 (previous year: €3,145 thousand).
As of August 31, 2008, the order backlog was down by around 40%
year-on-year.
The final detailed consolidated figures for the Group will be published
together with the first 2008/2009 quarterly report following their approval
on October 10, 2008.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:
The order backlog as of August 31, 2008 is still high and above the average
for the last 3 quarterly reporting dates.
The order backlog fell year-on-year, as expected, due to the fact that the
first two batches of the major order from the German Armed Forces, which
formed part of the order backlog at the previous year's reporting date,
were delivered and invoiced during fiscal year 2007/2008.
The Company was not able to match the previous year's high level of
revenues due to delays in contract awards, the continued and expected
'normalization of revenues' in Spain and France, and the sluggish switch to
digital radio by security authorities and organizations in Germany and
other neighboring European countries.
CeoTronics also completed a large proportion of the production work for the
third batch of the major order for CT-DECT JetCom systems from the German
Armed Forces, which is expected to be delivered and invoiced by the end of
November 2008, in the first quarter (the summer months of June, July, and
August) of the current fiscal year 2008/2009.
'We are upbeat about the future given our high order backlog and the
expected deliveries and invoices stretching into the third quarter of the
current fiscal year, as well as the future switch to digital radio in
Germany, Austria, and Northern Europe,' said Thomas H. Günther, Chairman of
the Board of Management.
