Adam-Opel-Strasse 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, listed in the Prime Standard
of the regulated market and in the DAXplus family segment of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange received an order from the Deutsche Bundeswehr (German Armed
Forces) for In-Ear-Products amounting to EUR 3.3 million.
This order is the second-largest individual order since the foundation of
CeoTronics.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:
'The In-Ear-Products are individually adjusted to the soldier's ear and
assure also an optimal ear protection. The demanded leakage test is
accomplished by the CT-EarGuard system developed by CeoTronics. This test
is performed with each soldier and the results documented accordingly',
informed the deputy chief executive officer Berthold Hemer.
