The issuer / publisher is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- With effect to 31 December 2009, CR Capital Real Estate AG concentrates commercial properties located at coming Berlin-Schönefeld airport in a 100% subsidiary, CR Capital Airport GmbH & Co. KG. The commercial properties are located in Lilienthalstraße in Waltersdorf, not far from coming Berlin-Schönefeld airport. Office and storage space is approximately 5,500 sqm. The properties are almost completely rented. Starting from 1 January 2010, management of the properties will be done from one source, bringing significantly more efficiency. Tenants profit from declining extra costs to the rent. Additionally, concentration of the properties increases management flexibility. CEO Thomas Ehrich: ' According to our strategy of a residential REIT, in the medium term and after reaching a critical residential mass we will sell our commercials. Then, buyers can enjoy tax privileges based on the construction of a limited partnership'. Again, CR Capital Real Estate AG succeeded in the renting process: The rental contract with a main tenant (letting space of approximately 1,100 sqm) was renewed and annual net cold rental income was increased bei 10% starting from 2010. About the Schönefeld/Waltersdorf area According to current plans, on 30 October the first aircraft will start from the new and only international airport of the Berlin/Brandenburg region. A lot of project developers already acquired commercial space in the airport area. Based on this strong demand, market values should grow substantially.
