Blomberg, 20 May 2008 – At Delignit AG (ISIN DE000A0MZ4B0), leading
manufacturer of ecological products and system solutions on the basis of
the natural wood material Delignit, supervisory board and executive board
will recommend initiating dividend payments for the business year 2007.
Payment of a dividend in the amount of 0.05 Euro is to be resolved at the
annual general meeting on 03 July 2008. This means that shareholders are to
benefit from the lasting earning power and dynamic business development of
the company only a few months after the stock exchange listing.
