Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand der DEWB AG, Jena, schlagen der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 21. Mai 2001 vor, eine Dividende von 3,55 Euro je Aktie auszuschütten. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr soll die Dividende damit um 290 Prozent erhöht werden. Mit der Ausschüttung profitieren die Aktionäre der DEWB direkt von dem hervorragenden Ergebnis im Geschäftsjahr 2000. Zusätzlich berücksichtigen Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat bei ihrem Vorschlag die veränderte Steuergesetz- gebung ab 2001. Aufgrund der Änderungen des Einkommensteuergesetzes können die steuerlichen Erstattungsansprüche der DEWB-Aktionäre nur noch mit der Ausschüttung für das Geschäftsjahr 2000 vollumfänglich geltend gemacht werden. Shareholders to directly benefit from the excellent result. Tax refund claims fully secured. Supervisory Board and Executive Board of DEWB AG, Jena, are proposing to the Annual Genera Meeting on 21 May 2001 to pay a dividend of 3.55 Euros per share. This would represent a 290 percent increase in the dividend compared with the previous year. With this dividend distribution the shareholders of DEWB will be directly benefiting from the excellent result in the 2000 business year. In addition, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board are taking account of the changes in the tax legislation from 2001 in their proposal. As a result of the changes to the income tax laws the tax refund entitlement of the DEWB shareholders can now only be claimed in full with the distribution for the 2000 business year.
