Business Software Association claims damages of DEM 22 million, which it says have occurred in connection with third parties’ pressing orders fulfilled by optimal media production, such orders having a total value of approximately DEM 66,000 (net). After careful evaluation by edel music AG’s lawyers in respect of the proceeding’s outcome, the company expects a dismissal of the suit. However, an estimated accrual will be set up as a precautionary measure.
