according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
on HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0D9Y97, WKN: A0D9Y9,
have exceeded the 20 and 25% limit of the voting rights on February 07,
2007 and now amount to 25.12% (this corresponds to 6029793 voting rights).
According to article 22, section 2, WpHG, 5.62% of the voting_rights (this
corresponds to 1349793 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l.
