according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights

exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April 30, 2007 and now amount
to 3.37% (this corresponds to 808922 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 WpHG and Article 22 (1) 1
