rights in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany, has increased above the 3
percent threshold and that it currently is imputed to hold 3.03 percent of
the voting rights in this company (726,044 out of the 24,000,000
outstanding voting shares). These voting rights are attributed to Arnold
and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 2
and Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act.
Furthermore, Arnold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, New York, USA,
informed us pursuant to Section 21 (1), 24 Securities Trading Act that on
February 28, 2008, their shareholding in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany,
has increased above the 3 percent threshold and amounts to 3.03 percent of
the voting rights (726,044 out of the 24,000,000 outstanding voting
shares). These voting rights are attributed to Arnold and S. Bleichroeder
Advisers, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder
Holdings, Inc., pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities
