Germany, informed us according to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG that on 25 September
2008 the voting rights held by them, exceeded the threshold of 20% of the
voting rights in HCI Capital AG, Bleichenbrücke 10, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.
On that date, Döhle ICL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH held 20.36% of the
voting rights in HCI Capital AG (corresponding to 4,885,396 of the 24
million of the shares).
