FinLab AG resolves capital increase of up to 10% from authorised capital

Frankfurt/Main, 16 May 2017 – FinLab AG’s management (ISIN: DE0001218063; Ticker: A7A.GR) today resolved with approval of the supervisory board to increase the share capital of the company from its current level of EUR 4,538,670.00, excluding shareholder subscription rights, by up to EUR 450,000.00 to up to EUR 4,988,670.00 by issuing up to 450,000 new registered shares with a proportional amount of the share capital of EUR1 by partially utilising existing authorised capital against cash contributions. The transaction is accompanied by Dero Bank, Munich.
The new shares with dividend rights from the 2017 financial year will be offered to a few institutional investors in the context of a private placement. The placement price is EUR 13,00 per share.
