IntraWare AG parts with its IntraWare (Schweiz) AG subsidiary in deficit in 2001
Petersberg, March 08 2002 – IntraWare AG, the provider of software solutions for
Customer Relationship Management as well as Business Process Management and
quoted at the New Market has decided to dissociate its IntraWare (Schweiz) AG
subsidiary from the group. IntraWare (Schweiz) AG will continue to distribute
IntraWare solutions and the pertaining consulting services as an independent
company. This grants IntraWare (Schweiz) AG the status of an IntraWare business
partner. Concluded agreements thus ensure that IntraWare AG will continue its
presence in Switzerland via IntraWare (Schweiz) AG and its network of partners.
The net loss for the year of IntraWare (Schweiz) AG amounted – after the
reconciliation of the individual financial statements to the group guidelines
according to the Commercial Code – to approx. 1.3 million Euro in 2001. Selling
IntraWare (Schweiz) AG to a group of investors relieves the result of IntraWare
AG for the current business year in a significant manner. With this step,
IntraWare AG continues its restructuring activities with the target of reaching
an even Commercial Code operating result for the AG in the third quarter of
2002.
