in the mid April
Petersberg, 13 March 2002 – Peter Zimmer, Member of the Managing Board and
responsible for Sales, will leave IntraWare AG on 15.04.2002 for personal
reasons. Zimmer was appointed to the Managing Board, whose other members are
Lars Bornemann and Markus Ernst, on 15 October 2001. As was the case up to mid
October 2001, company management will again be in the hands of the co-founder of
IntraWare AG, Lars Bornemann, and the Member of the Managing Board for Finance,
Markus Ernst, from mid April of this year onwards. Roland Mack, long-standing
employee and Head of Sales of IntraWare AG, was appointed to the management of
the company to strengthen sales with immediate effect. Mack thus assumes the
responsibility for the areas of Sales and Consulting. In this way, IntraWare AG
is well prepared having changed its company structure by implementing extensive
reorganisational measures like the dissociation of subsidiaries in deficit from
the group. IntraWare AG continues to entertain its plans of disclosing a
positive Commercial Code operating result for the group and IntraWare AG for the
third quarter of the current business year.
