IntraWare AG, located in Petersberg, has entered into a joint venture with
AIXPLAIN AG, a spinn-off of RWTH Aachen. AIXPLAIN AG develops speech
recognition and translation software based on statistic-stochastic methods. The
substance of the joint venture is a combined further development of the
technologies of both companies. The result will be faster introductions of
solutions to the market.
Currently, IntraWare AG, in collaboration with its subsidiary, global words AG,
offers rule-based solutions in the field of language technology. This technology
will be combined with stocasitic methods combined with error-tolerant speech
recognition, text analysis and automated text summarization in cooperation with
AIXPLAIN AG. For the customer, the combination of these technologies,
particularly in combination with the CRMSuite of IntraWare AG, will open new
possibilities for the efficient use of information within a company.
With this step IntraWare AG, optimises its current business model based on
innovative language technologies and continues the expansion of the unique
selling proposition of its products.
