As subsidiaries of GAP AG, GEDYS- DISKUS and Gedys NV continue to be part of the GlobalWare Group. In addition, GAP AG für GSM Applikationen und Produkte, Oberhaching, has exercised its right to convert the loan, given to GAP AG by GlobalWare AG last year at the time of the acquisition of GEDYS IntraWare GmbH, by payment in shares to GlobalWare AG.
