Eisenach, 13 February 2007 – Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited,
George Town, Grand Cayman Cayman Islands, is committed to GROUP
Technologies AG. The company announced, against the background of the
voting rights announcement of its fund Absolute Octane Fund Limited, that
it has 8.13 percent of GROUP Technologies held in various funds thereby
increasing its participation in the past months.
According to Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited this is also not
influenced by the voting rights announcement of CSI Asset Management
Establishment which participated in GROUP Technologies AG due to the voting
rights allocation status. The voting rights announcement of CSI results
from a change in internal structure based on a reduction of the
participation of CSI in ACM to below 50% thereby making an allocation
status no longer valid.
