On May 05, 2010 , Mr Tuomo Tilman, Finnland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
GROUP Business Software AG, Eisenach, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005104509, WKN:
510450, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 05, 2010
and on that day amounted to 4.95% (this corresponds to 1249678 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.99% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 250000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Tilman .
