has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005158703, WKN: 515870, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on January 25, 2008 and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to 641046
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
