a correction of their former notification sent on 28th March 2008
On March 31, 2008 , JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, United
Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005158703, WKN: 515870, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 25, 2008 and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to 639569
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 639569 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
