informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, ISIN: DE0005158703,
WKN: 515870 have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April 07,
2008 and now amount to 3.003% (this corresponds to 636573 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22 , Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.003%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 636573 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
