Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 14, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 5.01% (this corresponds to 1052197 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.84% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1016197 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Flossbach von Storch SICAV.
