to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 25, 2013 and on that day amounted to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
II. On June 27, 2013, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm,
Sweden has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
