has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 14, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 2.9631% (this corresponds to 622245 Voting Rights).
2.9407% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 617550 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
