Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 23, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 5.42% (this corresponds to 1137155 Voting Rights).
3.12% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 654620 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
