On August 05, 2011, Altira Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co.
KGaA, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 20% threshold of
the voting rights on May 16, 2011 and on that day amounted to 20.80% (this
corresponds to 2,526,753 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 7.24% (this corresponds to 879,600 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Altira Aktiengesellschaft pursuant to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG via the following companies which
are controlled by Altira Aktiengesellschaft and whose holdings of voting
rights amount to 3% each or more in Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA:
Altira Heliad Management GmbH and Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA.
