On August 11, 2009 , SIA Funds AG, Ziegelbrücke, Switzerland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on Homag Group AG, Schopfloch, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005297204, WKN: 529720, fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights on August 10, 2009 and now amounts to 2.99% (this corresponds to
469,280 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.99% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 469,280 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
