Schopfloch, July 28, 2009. From September 1, 2009, Rolf Knoll, longstanding
member of the management board responsible for group operations, will
assume the function of CEO. New management board member responsible for
sales, service and marketing will be Jürgen Köppel, since 2004 managing
director of the successful HOMAG production company BRANDT Kantentechnik
GmbH.
Dr. Joachim Brenk, present CEO of HOMAG Group AG and responsible for sales,
service and marketing, is leaving the company at year end to take up a new
challenge. The supervisory board thanks Dr. Brenk for his work and his
special contribution to the further development of the HOMAG Group.
