Hamburg, December 12, 2011. All formal conditions precedent for the US
investor's AMA Capital Partners LLC participation in the equity issue of up
to EUR 15 million have been fulfilled: Thus, formal declarations have now
been received from all the banks approving the additional reduction in the
liability release compensation to EUR 10 million. This means that AMA will
now be acquiring up to 49.9 percent of Lloyd Fonds' share capital provided
that it gains a minimum share of 30 percent.
In accordance with the subscription ratio, shareholders may subscribe to
six new shares for every five shares which they hold in Lloyd Fonds AG. The
subscription period started on December 9, 2011 and expires on December 22,
2011.
