Winnweiler-Langmeil, Germany, November 12, 2013. MOBOTIX AG (ISIN
DE0005218309), a supplier of high-resolution, network-based video security
systems, has announced its consolidated financial results (IFRS) for the
fiscal year 2012/13 (October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013).
Total revenue increased by 6% compared to the previous fiscal year (October
1, 2011 to September 30, 2012) and amounted to EUR86.4 million (prior year:
EUR81.6 million). The export ratio rose to 75%. Earnings before interest
and tax (EBIT) reached EUR18.3 million, which resulted in an EBIT margin of
20%. Profit for the period (after taxes) totaled EUR12.4 million, while
earnings per share amounted to EUR0.95.
All the results relating to the fiscal year 2012/13 will be presented and
explained by the Management Board of MOBOTIX AG during a teleconference at
9.30 a.m. (CET) on Tuesday, November 12, 2013.
