We, the undersigned entities, notify MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG
pursuant to sections 21; 22 para 1, sentence 1 no. 1; 41 para. 4 a,
sentence 1 WpHG about the following:
1. On 20 January 2007 the voting rights of Corsair Investments (Luxembourg)
S.àr.l., 65 Boulevard Grande Duchesse Charlotte, L-1331 Luxembourg, in MPC
Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, amounted to 10.56 %. This corresponds with
1,120,000 of the votes. Therefore, the thresholds of 3 %, 5 % and 10 % of
voting rights are exceeded.
2. On 20 January 2007 each of the following entities associated with
Corsair Investments (Luxembourg) S.àr.l. also exceeded the thresholds of 3
%, 5 % and 10 % of the voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG:
• Corsair European Investments S.àr.l., 65 Boulevard Grande Duchesse
Charlotte, L-1331 Luxembourg, controlling Corsair Investments (Luxembourg)
S.àr.l. as its sole shareholder (section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG);
• Corsair Benelux Investments S.àr.l., 65 Boulevard Grande Duchesse
Charlotte, L-1331 Luxembourg, controlling Corsair European Investments
S.àr.l. as its sole shareholder (section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG);
• Corsair Participations S.àr.l., 65 Boulevard Grande Duchesse Charlotte,
L-1331 Luxembourg, controlling Corsair Benelux Investments S.àr.l. as its
sole shareholder (section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG);
• Corsair Investments International S.àr.l., 65 Boulevard Grande Duchesse
Charlotte, L-1331 Luxembourg, controlling Corsair Participations S.àr.l. as
its sole shareholder (section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG);
• Corsair Finance Europe S.àr.l., 65 Boulevard Grande Duchesse Charlotte,
L-1331 Luxembourg, controlling Corsair Investments International S.àr.l. as
its sole shareholder (section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG);
• J.P. Morgan Corsair II Offshore Capital Partners, L.P., c/o M&C Corporate
Services Limited, PO Box 309 GT, Ugland House, George Town, Grand Cayman,
Cayman Islands, controlling Corsair Finance Europe S.àr.l. as its sole
shareholder (section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG);
• Corsair II Offshore, L.L.C., c/o Corporate Service Company, 1013 Centre
Road, Wilmington, DE 19805, USA, controlling J.P. Morgan Corsair II
Offshore Capital Partners, L.P. as its general partner (section 22 para 1

Street, City of Wilmington, County of New Castle, DE 19801, USA,
controlling Corsair II, L.L.C. as its sole member (section 22 para 1

controlling Corsair PTJB, L.L.C. as its manager (section 22 para 1 sentence

The voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG in an amount of
10.56 % (this corresponds with 1,120,000 of the votes) are entirely
attributed to the afore-said companies pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WPHG.
