We, the undersigned entities, notify MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG
pursuant to sections 21; 22 para 1, sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG about the
following:
1. On 8 January 2007 the voting rights of
• Corsair II GP Investors, L.P.;
• Corsair PTJB, L.L.C., and
• Corsair Capital, L.L.C.
in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, amounted to 20 %. This corresponds
with 2,120,000 of the votes. Therefore, the thresholds of 5 % and 10 % of
voting rights were exceeded.
2. These voting rights are entirely attributed to the afore-said companies
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
3. With effect as of 24 January 2007 Corsair II GP Investors, L.P. was
merged into Corsair PTJB, L.L.C.
4. The notification pursuant to section 41 para. 4 a, sentence 1 WpHG
submitted on 16 March 2007 and corrected on 21 March 2007 remains
unaffected.
