(Düsseldorf, October 13 ^th , 2025) – net digital AG (ISIN: DE000A2BPK34, Ticker: VRL) announces that its subsidiary net mobile minick GmbH (minick) has entered into a strategic partnership with U.S.-based technology provider VisualOn for its brand Anyscreen. The aim is to integrate VisualOn’s innovative “Optimizer” technology into Anyscreen’s live and video-on-demand platforms.

With Anyscreen, minick offers a highly flexible, fully customizable live and on-demand video platform tailored to the needs of network operators, media companies, and content owners. As a white-label solution, Anyscreen enables the delivery of IPTV video content across multiple devices—TVs, computers, tablets, and smartphones.

Through this cooperation with VisualOn, media and entertainment companies benefit from further improved video quality while simultaneously achieving significantly reduced bitrates. This results in substantial cost savings in bandwidth and storage requirements and increases the attractiveness of the Anyscreen platform for both existing and new customers.

The partnership strengthens Anyscreen’s position in the international video streaming market, as its turnkey solutions will now be enhanced with cutting-edge video optimization. In doing so, Anyscreen addresses the growing demand for efficient, scalable, and high-quality streaming services.
