publity Performance Fonds Nb. 7 acquired a modern office and administration property with a size of 6,655 sqm in the Airport City of the Dortmund airport. The area belongs to the municipality of Holzwickede. The property’s appeal lies in its modern facilities and the ideal connection to local and long-distance transport. The object was erected in 1999 and is nearly completely leased to seven different enterprises. It is situated in the Airport City, i.e in the center of the Gewerbegebiet Nord (Northern commercial area).
