Rental levels increase in the office property Edmund-Rumpler-Straße 6 in Cologne

Leipzig/Cologne, 16 March 2017 – The property acquired in January 2017 by publity AG in the Rhineland city of Cologne is practically fully let.

This is publity’s 577 th office property and is located on a site of almost 9,000 m 2 , offering rental space of 14,600 m 2 . Barmer Ersatzkasse and Andritz Separation GmbH have been acquired as additional tenants.

Barmer Ersatzkasse has around 14,500 employees and approx. 9.4 million members and is one of Germany’s largest health insurance companies. It has rented approx. 2,400 m 2 of office space for 10 years.

Andritz Separation GmbH belongs to the international Andritz technology group which has 25,200 employees around the world. It has rented approx. 2,550 m 2 of office space for 10 years.

This multi-tenant property has direct connections to the German motorways A559, A3, A5 and A59. Cologne-Bonn airport can be reached by S-Bahn (local train) in just 5 minutes.
