München, 27. März 2000 – Das Geschäftsjahr 1999 von SHS, München, stand ganz im Zeichen hoher Zuwächse: Das internationale, auf den Telekommunikationsmarkt spezialisierte IT-Beratungsunternehmen steigerte seinen Konzernumsatz um rund 55 Prozent auf 10,5 Millionen Euro (Vorjahr: 6,8). Trotz der Kosten für die Börseneinführung in Höhe von rund 1,8 Mio. Euro erzielte SHS einen Jahresüberschuss von 269.845,71 Euro. Der um die IPO-Kosten bereinigte EBIT betrug 2,1 Mio. Euro. Mit einer EBIT- Marge von 20% zählt SHS zu den profitabelsten Unternehmen am Neuen Markt. Das Jahresergebnis nach DVFA/SG kletterte um satte 223 Prozent auf über 1,1 Mio. Euro. Das DVFA-Ergebnis pro Aktie liegt somit bei 29 Cent – damit wurde die jüngste Prognose der Analysten von 17 Cent deutlich übertroffen. Ferner konnte die SHS Informationssysteme AG aufgrund ihrer erfolgreichen Rekrutierungsmaßnahmen die Zahl der Mitarbeiter im Berichtszeitraum um mehr als ein Drittel auf genau 100 erhöhen. Das vierte Quartal 1999 verlief im Gegensatz zum allgemeinen Trend in der Branche außerordentlich erfolgreich. Verglichen mit dem Vorjahresquartal steigerte SHS den Umsatz um rund 53 Prozent auf 3,6 Mio. Euro, SHS strebt auch künftig eine Kombination aus dynamischem Wachstum und hohen Überschüssen an. Der Konzernumsatz soll im laufenden Geschäftsjahr deutlich auf 16 Mio. Euro gesteigert werden. Auch die Ertragskennzahlen sollen im Jahr 2000 weiter verbessert werden: das Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Ertragsteuern (EBIT) auf 3,4 Mio. Euro und das Ergebnis nach DVFA/SG um 75 Prozent auf 2 Mio. Euro. In diesen Prognosen sind die laufenden Akquisitionen noch nicht enthalten. Nach Abschluss der Übernahmeverhandlungen wird der Vorstand von SHS die Planzahlen anheben. Im Hinblick auf das weitere Wachstum setzt SHS vor allem auf die Wachstumstreiber ASP (Application Service Providing) und Internationalisierung. ————————————————————————– 1999 a record year at SHS Informationssysteme AG Analysts’ expectations exceeded significantly Munich, 27 March 2000 – For Munich-based SHS, fiscal 1999 was a period of rapid growth: The group turnover of the international IT consulting company, which specializes in the telecommunications market, increased by around 55 percent to 10.5 million EUR (previous year: 6.8). In spite uf the costs uf its IPO, which were in the region of 1.8 million EUR, SHS made an annual profit of 269,845.71 EUR. EBIT excluding the IPO costs were 2.1 million EUR. With an EBIT-margin of 20% SHS is one of the most profitable companies listed on the Neuer Markt. The net earnings according to DVFA/SG accounting principles rose by a resounding 223 percent to over 1.1 million EUR. Earnings per share according to DVFA/SG principles were thus 29 cents – which significantly exceeds latest analysts’ expectations of 17 cents. Moreover, thanks to a successful recruitment drive, SHS Informationssysteme AG managed to boost staff numbers in the period under review by more than a third to exactly 100. The forth quarter of 1999 was – compared to the general trend in the industry – very positive: Compared to the same quarter in the previous year, SHS increased its turnover by around 53 percent to 3.6 million EUR. SHS will continue to aim for a combination of dynamic growth and high profits. Group turnover in the current fiscal year is to increase significantly to 16 million EUR. Earnings are also expected to grow again in the year 2000: the earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) to 3.4 million EUR and the earnings according to DVFA/SG accounting principles by 75 percent to 2 million EUR. Acquisitions, which are in preparation, are not included in these figures. After the takeovers, the management board will increase its target figures. To ensure continued growth, SHS focuses on the driving forces behind this growth: ASP (application service providing) and internationalization.
