Mai 2000 – Das erste Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 2000 bescherte der SHS Informationssysteme AG, München, erneut deutliche Zuwächse: Das auf den Telekommunikationsmarkt spezialisierte, internationale IT-Beratungsunternehmen erhöhte seinen Konzernumsatz im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum um gut 35 Prozent auf 2,79 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: 2,06). Das bereinigte Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) machte sogar einen gewaltigen Sprung von 640 Prozent auf 0,37 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: 0,05) und das Ergebnis nach DVFA/SG kletterte im Berichtszeitraum auf 0,23 Mio. Euro. Das DVFA/SG-Ergebnis pro Aktie stieg damit von 0 auf 6 Cent. Die Zahl der Konzern-Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und Frankreich erhöhte sich im abgelaufenen Quartal auf 108 (Vorjahr Deutschland: 87). SHS konnte damit – wie auch schon in den Jahren zuvor – neben Umsatzsteigerungen satte Erträge erwirtschaften. Für das laufende Jahr strebt der Konzern eine Umsatzsteigerung von über 50 Prozent auf 16 Mio. Euro und ein EBIT von 3,4 Mio. Euro aus eigener Kraft an. Akquisitionen, die noch in diesem Jahr geplant sind, werden zu einer Anhebung der Planzahlen führen. SHS on course for strong growth In the first quarter of 2000 SHS Informationssysteme AG’s sales rose by 35 per cent and its EBIT increased seven-fold Munich, 9 May 2000 – The first quarter of fiscal year 2000 saw significant growth for Munich-based SHS Informationssysteme AG. The international IT consultancy which specializes in the telecommunications market realized Group turnover of 2.79 million EUR, up 35 per cent on the previous year’s figure for the same period of 2.06 million EUR. The adjusted earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) jumped by a staggering 640 per cent to 0.37 million EUR, compared with 0.05 million EUR in 1999, while the DVFA/SG result climbed to 0.23 million EUR. The DVFA/SG earnings per share rose from 0 to 6 cents. The number of staff employed by the Group in Germany and France grew during the first quarter to 108, compared with 87 (Germany only) in the previous year. As in the previous years SHS has not only been capable of increasing its sales but also of making substantial profits. In the current fiscal year Group turnover is expected to increase by more than 50 per cent to 16 million EUR and EBIT is expected to grow to 3.4 million EUR entirely by the Group’s own efforts. In the event of takeovers, which are planned this year, SHS wilt increase its target figures accordingly.
