München 17.08.2000 – Die SHS Informationssysteme AG, München, erwirbt eine Minderheitsbeteiligung von 6,5 Prozent an dem Hamburger M-Commerce-Spezialisten :mobileview GmbH. Damit steigt das Unternehmen in den Markt für die Geschäftsabwicklung über mobile Internet-Endgeräte ein. :mobileview hat sich auf die Nutzbarmachung von Internet-Inhalten für Handys spezialisiert und insbesondere eine mobile Zugriffsmöglichkeit auf E-mails realisiert. Die Beteiligung von SHS erfolgt im Rahmen einer Kapitalerhöhung; die Investitionssumme beträgt 0,52 Mio. Euro. :mobileview hat eine umfangreiche Palette an WAP-Services (Wireless Access Protocol) für Transaktionen über Internet- fähige Handys entwickelt, die auf die neuen Standards für GPRS und UMTS übertragbar sind. SHS konzentriert sich als IT- Beratungsunternehmen insbesondere auf den Telekommunikationsmarkt.
