München, 31.10.2000 – SHS und E-Plus erweitern ihre seit Februar 1994 bestehende Partnerschaft Im Rahmen eines umfangreichen Vertrages will der drittgrößte deutsche Mobilfunk-Netzbetreiber mit der Software der SHS Informationssysteme AG seine Systeme zum Management von Kunden und Händlern konsequent ausbauen und weiter entwickeln. Der neue, zeitlich unbegrenzte Rahmenvertrag umfasst neben dem Ausbau der bestehenden CRM-Lösung die Entwicklung der Systeme für die Vertriebsunterstützung (Sales Management) und Händler-Support (Dealer Care). Vertragspartner von SHS sind E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH & Co., sowie E-Plus Service GmbH. Die CRM-Spezialisten (Customer Relationship Management) von SHS werden jährlich mindestens 3000 Personentage bei E-Plus einbringen. E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH & Co and E-Plus Service GmbH are the contract partners of SHS. The SHS CRM specialists (Customer Relationship Management) will contribute at least 3000 man days annually to E-Plus.
