The purchaser of the holding is :mobileview AG. The proceeds of the sale will be used to finance the ongoing business activity of SHS and in particular to strengthen its sales and marketing initiatives, in order to open up new potential new markets. In taking this step SHS is seeking to concentrate ever more firmly on the development and implementation of specialised IT solutions for the telecommunications sector and related sectors, such as financial services providers and energy suppliers.
