Dr. Ansgar Gründler leaves SHS AG to join Mieschke Hofmann und Partner GmbH Corporate-news announcement sent by DGAP. Dr. Gründler will take on the position of Competence Partner and be responsible for sales and customer management. Dr. Gründler’s responsibility for sales and marketing on the Board of Directors of SHS will be taken over by SHS co-founder Richard Heinrich. Heinrich will retain responsibility for the German market and the GUARDEAN product in his function as a member of the Board of Directors of the SHS Group. Dr. Ansgar Gründler will continue to be a shareholder of SHS even after leaving the company.
