Within the Board of Directors of the Munich software company Mr. Taciulescu was responsible for the Spanish subsidiary SHS Polar and the French subsidiary SHS Apsia. In the future, the management of both subsidiaries will be reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHS AG. Mr. Taciulescu is taking up tasks outside of SHS-Group.
