The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Change in the Board of Directors at SHS Munich, 3 June 2004 – Following the successful reorganisation of the German business, SHS Informationssysteme AG/Munich has now rearranged its Board responsibilities: Board member Richard Heinrich will be leaving SHS Informationssysteme AG on 30 June 2004 as planned. Mr. Heinrich was a co-founder of SHS AG and has recently been the Board member responsible for the German project business and for the product area covering all aspects of GUARDEAN. After more than 10 years of working successfully for SHS AG, Mr. Heinrich is now turning to new professional challenges outside SHS Group. “As one of the co-founders of the company, Richard Heinrich has achieved great things at SHS”, emphasises Dirk Roesing, Chairman of the Board. “He will continue to assist the company in a consulting function and also remains one of the largest single shareholders in SHS AG.” As of 1 July, 2004. Dr. Jörg Seelmann-Eggebert will be appointed as an ordinary member of the Board at SHS AG. He will assume responsibility for the entire project business in Germany. The doctor of information science has held various positions in the company over the last four years, recently as a member of SHS’s management team. In the last two years, Dr. Seelmann-Eggebert has made his regional business area Central/West the most profitable area of the company. SHS has also reinforced its resources in the product area concerning the risk management and customer value management system GUARDEAN. In the future GUARDEAN will have dual leadership. Dietmar Schmidt as GUARDEAN’s sales boss will be joined by Thomas Stadler, who will be responsible for product development and the operations section.
