The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Munich, 17th March 2005 – The Executive Board of SHS Informationssysteme AG, Munich, decided on the 17th of March 2005 with consent of the Supervisory Board to increase the capital stock of the company by utilizing the approved capital by 830,000 shares via a cash contribution under exclusion of the legal subscription right. The VEM Aktienbank AG will be admitted to the subscription of the shares which already have been placed together with Bankhaus Reuschel to institutional investors. The emission price for each share will be EUR 2.59. The registration of the capital increase in the commercial register of Munich as well as the admission of the new shares to the stock exchange will be undertaken shortly. The registered capital of the company after the capital increase amounts to EUR 9,152,807.00 and is divided in 9,152,807.00 shares. The company will receive EUR 2,149,700.00 which shall provide a basis for the financing of further growth.
