SHS Informationssysteme Gains New Major Customer:
VOLKSWAGEN FINANCE Chooses SHS GUARDEAN Solution
Munich and Madrid, October 5, 2005. – Volkswagen Finance has chosen SHS
Informationssysteme AG Guardean software solution to optimize the company debt
collection processes in Spain. With the implementation of GUARDEAN, that
automates and optimizes the credit risk decision, the financial entity
pretends to increase the productivity and efficiency of the debt collection
process.
Another key selecting GUARDEAN for Volkswagen Finance was the solution’s
integration capabilities with the leading Alcatel contact center platform
GENESYS, which will give more effectiveness to the debt collection phone
campaigns.
The GUARDEAN decision engine, as well as its specific phone-collection
interface, enables the agents to obtain the maximum result in their calls. The
system will permit an easy modification of the rules to take advantage of the
acquired experience making possible to implement best practices in debt
collection, along with non specialized agents. With its new GUARDEAN debt
collection solution, SHS Informationssysteme AG expands its offering to the
financial entities market, involved in the process to adapt their processes,
according with the Basel II regulation and, moreover, adding business value
with proven ROI to their debt collection business processes.
