The company is thus using the authorization issued by the Ordinary General Meeting on June 20, 2007 to acquire own shares. The company plans to acquire up to 3.51% of its share capital or up to 500,000 own shares from July 9, 2007 to December 31, 2007. Close Brothers Seydler AG has been engaged to execute the share buyback. The bank will take its own decisions on when to buy back the shares. Close Brothers Seydler AG will ensure that the share buyback will not cause any market disruptions. On the stock exchange, the purchase price of the share buyback will be geared to the average price of SHS VIVEON shares in the XETRA trading system. The purchase price may not be more than 10% higher or lower than the average price on the five trading days preceding the respective buying of shares. The shares will be used for the purposes designated by the resolution of the General Meeting. Trading in own shares is excluded.
