21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on sino AG,
Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005765507, WKN: 576550, have fallen below
the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 07,2007 and now amount
to 0% (this corresponds to 0% Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4,9% of the Voting Rights were
attributed to Mr. Hopp.
