April 18, 2018. Sino Agro Food Inc. reports that it issued an aggregate of 1,200,000 shares of common stock. The new shares have been validly issued and are fully paid up. The shares have been used for settlement of other payables. As a result, there are now 34,384,250 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
