August 3, 2018. Sino Agro Food Inc. reports that it issued an aggregate of 350,000 shares of common stock. The new shares have been validly issued and are fully paid up. The shares have been used for settlement of other payables with a share price of 0.55 USD/share. As a result, there are now 42,579,941 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
