August 30, 2018. Sino Agro Food Inc. reports that it issued an aggregate of 450,000 shares of common stock. The new shares have been validly issued and are fully paid up. The shares have been used for settlement of other payables with a share price of 0.55 USD/share. As a result, there are now 44,829,941 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
