Dr. Jürgen Rüttgers becomes member of the supervisory board of CFC Dortmund, December 16, 2010 CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund, enhances its supervisory board. As of 01-01-2011, former Prime Minister (ret.) Dr. Jürgen Rüttgers becomes a member of the three-headed committee. He takes the place of Steven K. N. Wilkinson, who leaves the supervisory board, effective 12-31-2010. From 2005 to midyear 2010, Dr. Jürgen Rüttgers was Prime Minister of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Prior to this, he was, among other duties, federal minister for education, science, research and technology from 1994 to 1998. Andreas Lange remains chairman of the supervisory board.
